Most orders are processed within 1โ4 hours during business hours. In all cases, you'll receive your credentials within 24 hours. Our team is available via WhatsApp to assist you during the setup process.
We recommend TiviMate (Android/Firestick), IPTV Smarters Pro (all platforms), or GSE Smart IPTV (iOS/Android). All of these apps are free to download. We'll provide setup instructions along with your credentials.

Devices & Setup
IPTVIreland works on: Smart TVs (Samsung, LG, Sony, Philips), Amazon Firestick & Fire TV, MAG boxes, iPhone & iPad (iOS), Android phones & tablets, Windows & Mac computers, Apple TV, Nvidia Shield, Formuler boxes, Enigma2 receivers, and any device that supports VLC, Kodi, or TiviMate.
On your Firestick: (1) Go to Settings > My Fire TV > Developer Options and enable "Apps from Unknown Sources". (2) Download the Downloader app from the Amazon store. (3) Use it to install TiviMate or IPTV Smarters Pro. (4) Open the app and enter your M3U URL or Xtream codes. Our team will guide you through this via WhatsApp.
For Samsung/LG Smart TVs, download Smart IPTV or IPTV Smarters from the app store. For older Smart TVs, you can use a Firestick or MAG box connected via HDMI. Our support team will send detailed setup instructions with your credentials.
Yes! Your subscription works anywhere in the world with a good internet connection. Many customers use IPTVIreland to watch Irish channels while abroad for work or holidays.
For standard HD: minimum 10 Mbps. For Full HD (1080p): 20 Mbps recommended. For 4K Ultra HD: 25 Mbps or higher. The average home broadband in Ireland easily exceeds these requirements.
Payment & Billing
We accept PayPal, Stripe (Visa/Mastercard/Amex), and bank transfer (IBAN). All payments are processed securely. You choose your preferred method when placing your order.
No contracts, no auto-renewals, no hidden fees. You pay once for a fixed period (1, 3, 6, or 12 months) and the subscription simply expires at the end. We'll send you a reminder before your plan ends so you can choose to renew.
We offer a free 24-hour trial so you can thoroughly test the service before paying. Due to the digital nature of IPTV services, we do not offer refunds once a paid subscription has been activated. If you experience any technical issues, our support team will resolve them promptly.
Yes. Contact us via WhatsApp or email and we'll arrange an upgrade, applying a credit for the remaining time on your current plan toward the new one.

Technical & Support
Buffering is usually caused by a slow internet connection. Try: (1) Restarting your router. (2) Connecting via ethernet cable instead of WiFi. (3) Closing other apps using bandwidth. (4) Selecting a lower stream quality. If the problem persists, contact us on WhatsApp and we'll switch you to a different server.
Occasional channel outages can happen. Try refreshing the channel list in your IPTV app first. If the channel is still down after an hour, contact our support team via WhatsApp and we'll investigate immediately.

Each subscription includes one simultaneous connection. If you need multiple connections for different family members watching at the same time, please contact us about multi-connection packages at a discounted rate.
